"Easy return, no stress"
I had to send back a jacket because it didn’t fit right, and the whole return thing was easy. The steps were simple, and my refund came through faster than I thought it would. No hassle or anything like that, so I’m really happy with it.

"Good value and no surprise fees"
I ordered a few items and was surprised by how reasonable the shipping cost was. I also appreciated that there weren’t any random extra fees popping up at checkout, which feels like it should be standard but often isn’t. Everything arrived in good shape, so for the price and overall experience, I’d definitely say it was worth it. 5 stars from me

"Arrived Fine, Just Nothing Special"
I ordered from Exchange and the package showed up in good shape, no dents or crushed corners or anything like that. Everything inside was wrapped well and nothing was loose. So yeah, it arrived without any real problems, but I was a little disappointed because the whole experience was just kind of basic and forgettable...

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I shop on ShopMyExchange every so often, and for the most part it’s been a good experience. The site is easy to navigate, the search usually gets me close to what I’m looking for, and checkout has always gone smoothly for me. It’s not perfect though, some pages can be a little slow to load, and I do wish the filters were more helpful at times. Still, overall it’s a solid site and I can usually find what I need without much trouble

"Showed up weirdly fast"
I’m a little confused because I expected my order to take much longer, but it showed up way faster than I thought. Everything was fine, no issues at all, so I guess I’m just pleasantly surprised.

I keep checking shopmyexchange.com thinking maybe the selection will finally improve, but nope, it’s basically the same limited stuff every time. Half the things I actually want are out of stock, missing sizes, or just not listed at all. The categories look like they have a lot until you start clicking around and realize there’s barely anything there. For a military exchange site, I expected way more options. what a joke. I usually just end up buying somewhere else because this site hardly ever has what I need

"Scheduling was easy, but tracking could’ve been better"
I ordered a big patio set setting up the delivery was painless. They called the day before with a window that actually worked for me, which I appreciated. The driver showed up a bit late, but it wasn’t a huge deal. My only gripe is the tracking, seemed like it could’ve updated a lot faster, especially for such a large order. Overall, still a good experience

"The rewards actually feel worth it"
I mostly shop here because of the rewards points. They’ve added up way quicker than I thought, and I’ve already used them a few times, which is nice. The site does get a little slow here and there, but overall it feels like a fair deal. I appreciate when a store actually gives customers something back instead of just taking your money and calling it a day

I ordered from shopmyexchange.com the updates were nice. I got an email when it shipped, and the tracking was easy to follow, which I always appreciate. One update came in a little later than expected, but it wasn’t really a big deal. Overall, I felt kept in the loop, and my package showed up just fine, so I’m happy with it.

"Sizing turned out easier than I expected"
I ordered a pair of boots and a hoodie from Shop My Exchange, and I was kind of guessing a bit on the sizing at first.
The size chart and fit notes ended up being helpful, at least for what I bought. I went a half size up in the boots like it suggested, and the hoodie seemed true to size for me. No weird tight areas or sleeves that felt way too long.
Shipping was fine too, but the sizing info is mostly what stood out. I can’t say it’ll be perfect for every item, since I only ordered these two things, but I didn’t have to return anything, so I’m calling that a win.

"Great Deals, If You Can Actually Buy Them"
I like checking shopmyexchange for deals because sometimes the prices and shipping are actually decent. The fun part is finding something I want, seeing it’s available, and then watching it magically disappear at checkout. Super convenient. After a while, it gets annoying. The deals can be good, but the inventory is just too unreliable for me.

I had to use the protection plan for a small appliance I bought a while back, the kind of thing you don’t really think about until it stops working right in the middle of making breakfast. There was a little back and forth, mostly just figuring out what documents and photos they needed, but the rep was clear about it and walked me through what to send. It wasn’t super quick, and I did have to follow up once, but it went smoother than I expected and I got everything sorted in the end.

"App keeps slowing down on me"
I use Exchange here and there, but the mobile app can be frustrating. Pages load really slowly for me, and I’ve had it freeze up when I’m trying to check out or even just look at my cart.
The deals can be decent, but I’m sure I’m not the only customer who feels like the app makes shopping harder than it needs to be. I’ve had to close it and reopen it a few times just to get through one order, so it definitely needs more work.

I got exactly what I ordered, and the sizes and items were all correct. The shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the main thing for me was that the order was accurate when it arrived. Overall, a solid experience
